These are simple answers to questions some people have with ageLOC Vitality that I wanted to share. My name is Monty Summers and back in 2006 I was running 13 times a week for a national cross country title in Tasmania and originally I was taking just Flex and Life pak to keep my joints rolling over and maintain focus during school.
