The Christmas & New Year holiday period is now a distant memory. And what happened to the resolutions we made coming into the New Year to make 2011 a better version of the year just past? Many of us make resolutions that acknowledge this fact…..we need to take better care of ourselves.

I belong to the generation of women who were taught something unfortunate in this regard…….paying attention to yourself, your skin, your health and wellbeing, was the same as being selfish. I now see things differently.
